Aerobic kickboxing is one of the most popular forms of aerobic exercises, an amalgamation of boxing, martial arts and aerobics. It is highly effective workout and great fun to perform.
Aerobic kickboxing includes a variety of kicks, punches, knee strikes and self defense moves. These are especially beneficial for women, but provide a great way to tone up and gain self confidence for everyone.
